RPA development is building software bots that do repetitive, rule-based work across your systems, and keeping them running when those systems change.

── 02 · What to automate ──

Automate the right processes first.

We score every candidate on volume and on how fixed its rules are. Stable, high-volume work suits RPA; messy but frequent work needs AI in the loop.

  • Volume and hours per month, from your own data
  • How often the rules or screens change
  • Exceptions today, and who handles them
  • Whether an API exists, so the bot can skip the screen
Sample process scoring: invoice entry and bank reconciliation are high-volume with stable rules, so they suit RPA; claims intake and email triage are high-volume but need AI.Add AIAutomate with RPALeave manualAutomate laterRule stability →Volume →Invoice entryBank reconciliationClaims intakeEmail triageSupplier onboardingAd-hoc reports

── 03 · Automation approaches ──

Six ways to automate, used together.

Most fleets mix approaches. We default to APIs and add screen automation only where there's no other way in.

── 04 · Measuring value ──

Hours back, not bots deployed.

The number that matters is time returned to your team, checked against the same work done by hand.

  • Baseline measured before any bot goes live
  • Hours saved reported per process, every month
  • Exceptions and rework counted, not hidden

── 05 · Resilience and security ──

Bots that don't break silently.

Bots fail when screens change or credentials expire. These controls catch it before your month-end does.

  1. 01

    API first.

Where a system has an API, the bot uses it instead of the screen, so interface changes don't break it.

  2. 02

    Exception queues.

Anything the bot can't handle goes to a person with context, never into a silent retry loop.

  3. 03

    Credentials in a vault.

Bot credentials live in a secrets vault with least-privilege access, rotated on schedule.

  4. 04

    Monitoring and alerts.

Every run is logged. Failures and slowdowns page someone before the backlog builds.

  5. 05

    Audit trail.

Every action a bot takes is recorded, so auditors can see what did what, and when.

── 09 · FAQ ──

RPA questions, answered.

Short answers here. Longer ones on the scoping call.

What is RPA?

Robotic process automation uses software bots to do repetitive, rule-based work across your systems: copying data, filling forms, reconciling records. AI extends it to documents, emails and judgement calls.

Which processes should we automate first?

High-volume work with stable rules and clear inputs. We score every candidate on volume, rule stability, exceptions and API access, and start with the best return.

How much does RPA development cost?

Projects start with a fixed-fee discovery sprint, quoted on the scoping call. The build is priced per milestone, and every quote is written and fixed for its scope.

How long does it take to automate a process?

After a two-week discovery sprint, a first process usually takes four to eight weeks to automate, test and hand over, including the exception queue.

Which RPA platforms do you work with?

We build on the platform you already license, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere, or code-first when that is simpler and cheaper to run.

What happens when a system's screen changes?

Bots use APIs wherever possible, so screen changes don't matter. Where a bot must use a screen, monitoring catches the change, work queues for people, and we update the bot.

How does AI change RPA?

AI handles the parts rules can't: reading invoices and emails, classifying requests and suggesting matches. Low-confidence cases go to a person, so accuracy stays measurable.

Is RPA secure?

Yes, when it is built properly: credentials in a vault, least-privilege accounts, every action logged, and bots running in your environment under your security policies.
